☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. ☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only on Tuesday and Friday; he comes and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.
☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.
☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you`re booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!
