The interior has been completely remodeled with an open concept floor plan, chefā€™s kitchen, gas fireplace and three comfortable bedrooms. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The expansive yard is walled and gated for privacy with absolutely gorgeous mountain views. The sparkling pool and spa are at the center of the yard - surrounded by lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. The hedges, olive and palm trees add an element of seclusion. An outdoor covered dining pavilion, built in BBQ grill and intimate firepit lounge round out this very special property - itā€™s a great place for living the good life!

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This chic vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. The open concept floor plan provides plenty of space for your entire group to spend time together, or step away for some alone time. Sliding glass doors let the light pour in and reveal the sun-drenched pool yard. Everything has been updated for the way we live today with upgraded heating and cooling systems, 4 flatscreen TVs, and UPGRADED high speed internet with speeds starting at 400 megabytes - perfect for remote working and learning! There's also a gas fireplace and comfortable sleeping quarters.

** The term "Pets Allowedā€ or ā€œPets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV and ample storage. The spacious Master Suite has a King bed, en suite bath and private doors to the yard. The second and third Guest Rooms have King and Queen beds respectively - and share easy access to the hall full bathroom.

THE LOCATION
Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the Los Compadres neighborhood - extremely close to the South Palm Springs Business District with its many restaurants, supper clubs, coffee houses, shops and galleries. You'll be just a few minutes to the casino, hiking trails and bustling downtown. Grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.

Outstanding!

We really enjoyed our family stay. The outdoor area provided all the amenities we were looking for and the house was impeccably clean. The latter point cannot be overemphasized. Typically with a vacation rental we need to rewash the dishes and make do with a random collection of dishes and kitchenware. This place was fully stocked, even for the preparation of a Thanksgiving meal, with new kitchen items. Towels, linens etc all top notch. We'd stay with ACME again if this is their standard.

A gem in the desert

For our first trip to the Palm Springs area, we wanted a house with a pool and all the other amenities. This property filled the bill exactly. It came with pretty much everything we expected and an easy drive to everything we wanted to see. A great choice!

The home, neighbourhood and location was ideal for our family get away. The home was inviting, spacious, and the wrap around yard gave everyone their own space when it was time to relax. The home left us wanting nothing more, and amenities were within a brisk walk or short 5-10 min. drive.

Beautiful gem in heart of Palm Springs!

On our second visit to Palm Springs we elected to stay there instead of La Quinta and we weren't disappointed! The neighborhood was easy to get to and was very quiet. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable with lovely beds and relaxing common areas. Although we had trouble with the front door code, the garage access was the best and we used that to keep our car in as well as to go in and out. The best part of the house was the reason we chose it in the first place- the backyard!!!! Every morning we would sit in one of the many places outside and watch the hummingbirds come and go while we drank our coffee. In the evening we would do the same or would sit in the hot tub which would warm up very quickly. The hot tub was especially welcome after doing the 12 mile San Jacinto Peak hike. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely come back to this house next time.

Perfect Desert Oasis

Private Oasis

Coming out of a long grey, rainy winter in Oregon, we needed some sun therapy. The Modern Loma Vista property was the perfect escape. The backyard is very private and the flora and abundant fauna (hummingbirds galore, lizards, butterflies, dragonflies, and even bunnies) entertained and delighted us while we soaked in the hot and played/lounged in the pool. ACME did a great job of messaging instructions and the stay went well. No complaints and we would absolutely rent this property again. The location was close to everything and the house felt like it could be home.

Lovely stay!

This property is an absolute gem. We had such a lovely, relaxing time and canā€™t wait to book again. Easy check in and check out process, clear instructions, fully stocked kitchen. The only hiccup we ran into was a miscommunication about having the pool/spa heated, but it was easily and quickly fixed. Canā€™t say enough good things about the stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful property close to downtown Palm Springs!

The property exceeded our expectations - the backyard is spectacular! It's like your own little resort. The pool, hot tub, outdoor eating area and firepit area were fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was perfect for gathering and hanging out. We liked the addition of games and the detailed instruction manual too. A very quiet neighbourhood close to town. Hopefully, we'll be back one day!

Great house and great location. Will try to rent it again on our next time in Palm Springs.

Landscaping superb, house wonderful.. Only one tiny complaint: the heating system (it was unusually cold during our November say of four days, ) The furnace has two problems:: hardlly heats master bedroom which is at other end of house, and it is extremely noisy in the two bedrooms close to its location in a closet.

Relaxing - Palm Springs Style

This house was great. Loved the firm and flat mattress - unlikely to get that in a hotel! The decor was elegant and perfectly Palm Springs. High quality furniture, recent renovations, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and more). To top it all off, a lovely pool and great views of the mountains.

Excellent Stay!

The property was as billed, very clean, well-stocked, and accommodating. The process went very smoothly. The only wrinkle was construction on a pool next door that began at 6:30AM on a Saturday morning, featuring shouting, but nothing a trip out for breakfast didn't fix. Thanks for a great weekend!

Loved our stay

We were so comfortable at this home. It was a family spring break trip with grandparents and a teenager. The rooms were all so comfortable, the living room and dining room great for card playing and tv watching, the kitchen well stocked for cooking utensils, a wonderful grill on the patio - and the lovely, lovely backyard, of course! The pool and spa were refreshing, the different seating areas so pretty, and we are every meal at the outdoor table. The property managers were very clear and timely in their communications and had a great book of house information. We had zero issues to raise with them however. The Palm Springs noise rules meant it was all very peaceful and restful! Itā€™s a quiet part of town.

Beautiful House and Grounds

We loved our stay at this property. The house was tastefully decorated and did not have generic "vacation rental" decor. The grounds are beautiful. The built-in grill worked great and saw much use, as did the firepit. We would stay here again.

Awesome!!

Best rental we have stayed in. Though the vrbo guest rules are strict in Palm Springs, we had a great time in this house. The outside entertaining area is BEAUTIFUL; pool, spa, colorful desert landscaping, fire pit area, a great grill and dining area. The house is stylishly decorated and the kitchen is so well equipped we could have cooked anything. Many rentals have just okay dishes, glassware, etc. Not here. Dining options for inside and outside (breakable/unbreakable). Cannot wait to return next year for an even longer stay!

Beautiful landscaping and so so private. Could watch hummingbirds after hikes all over the mountains, swim in the pool, eatoutoodrs andrelax by fire pit. We plan to rent it again next year.
