As previous reviews said, the home is spacious, great quiet location. It is a close walk to the Prescott Preserve. The yard is beautiful with mature trees. Pool table was fun to have. The pool is clean, though we could not get the hot tub working. Some things need a little updating but great updated bathroom showers.I still gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star. We had a poor experience with follow up and communication during our stay. Juan welcomed us to the home with a text and was very responsive when on the 1st day of our stay I texted him that the garbage disposal was broken and the dishwasher was leaking water onto the kitchen floor. He said he would get a maintenance person our ASAP. The next day I texted him again. He said the maintenance guy would be out. I never heard anything from him again. We knew it would be hard during a holiday week but to be left to wonder if a guy would show up at anytime wasn't great. It was strange not to have any follow-up. We hand washed all our dishes without a garbage disposal for 7 days. On our last day, I checked in with Juan to make sure we were doing all the check out correctly. I never received a text back from him. When we got home I emailed the owner with this experience, he said he would reply back in a couple of days, but I never heard back.
