Modern meets glamour at this luxury Palm Springs home. Situated on an oversized corner lot in central Palm Springs, this dramatic property has recently been fully sanitized and fabulously reinvented to offer you max comfort and style for the quintessential indoor-outdoor Palm Springs experience.

Located on a lovely cul de sac, enter the property through a large courtyard, with a 52 ft. water feature, facing the San Jacinto mountains. Step through the vintage Steve Chase front doors, and you will be immersed in a stylish, spacious 3bed/ 4bath home perfect for entertaining. What once was the living, dining, and kitchen area has been thoughtfully transformed into a grand, cathedral-beamed great room. Here you'll find yourself surrounded by fine art, comfortable modern-style furniture, a decorative (no-op) fireplace and a 50" TV. The view through 2 picture windows encompasses the fountain courtyard and mountain view. Through the double glass doors, you'll find the 1000 sq/ft addition containing an open concept chef's dream kitchen and a fun banquet dining area lined with a huge wall of glass door and windows that open to the yard and pool. High-end appliances include Italian range, 2 dishwashers, under-counter ice maker, double-wide refrigerator-freezer, under counter wine cooler, as well as all the small appliances you might desire. Another 50" TV and fun art round out this space.

Head toward the bedroom wing through a completely tiled hallway with luxurious frosted interior glass doors. The King and Queen bedrooms are both ensuite, with beautifully designed Euro Bathrooms, and flat screen TVs. The King offers direct access to the backyard with large, vintage mosaic tiled salt-water pool and spa and a giant orange tree. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds that can optionally be combined into a very comfortable King. The window in the Twin room looks out onto the peaceful fountain courtyard and lovely mountain view.

With plentiful sun and shade, hardscape and grass, the backyard provides ample room to stretch out and enjoy the famous Palm Springs lifestyle. Whether you desire sun or shade, there's ample furniture throughout the yard to satisfy everyone at the same time. A large stainless steel natural gas BBQ grill is adjacent to the kitchen, and we recently added a Table Tennis set and a Corn Hole game. A new fire pit and conversation set is situated where you can take in the starry sky as well as the mountain view.

Lastly, large mature orange and lemon trees (along with an electric juicer) can add a nutritious local flavor to your stay. Be sure to enjoy that glass of fresh juice as you admire the majestic mountain view from the large outdoor sofa.

Optional Child Pool Fencing can be set-up to protect your little ones. ($300 taxable fee for Rental/Set-up/Take-down.)

Note that many of the rooms have architectural all glass doors, including the three bedrooms, so those rooms don't have locks, but we do provide Do Not Disturb door hangers!

Pool Heating Fee is an extra $75/night, recommended October through May. Spa Heating is always free. Monthly guests pay an Advance Utility Fee to cover the actual cost of electricity and natural gas.

No smoking or vaping in the house. You must be 25 or older to rent. Maximum overnight occupancy is 6; Maximum daytime occupancy is 9. Absolutely No Smoking Inside and No Parties Allowed. Guests must agree to be considerate of neighbors; NO MUSIC is allowed outside - day or night, quiet hours are from 10PM to 10AM.

"Pre-approved", well-behaved, flea-free dogs are welcome, $150 each.
