Welcome to Sunrise Paradise, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located near Sunrise Park. This stylish and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is your perfect home away from home. The spacious living room features vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV. The south facing windows offer a view of the beautiful mountains. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and kitchen which features quartz counter tops, built in Jenn-Air appliances and is well stocked to the delight of the chef in your party. The dining area has a sliding glass door that opens up to the beautiful, private backyard featuring a pool, spa, and incredible mountain views. Enjoy your meals on the outdoor dining table located under the covered patio or sit around the fire-pit and enjoy the evening stars. The spacious master bedroom suite opens up to the backyard and features a King size bed, 32"" TV, private bath with dual sinks, a shower that you would step up into, and a separate soaking tub. Each of the two guest bedrooms offer access to a private, south facing patio, a 28"" TV, and share a guest bathroom with a walk in shower.

**Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 IF they are 12 years of age or under only. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions**.
Centrally located, this home is a longer walk or short drive to lots of galleries, restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. | | COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL: This home is just a 5 minute drive to the shuttle stops in Palm Springs.

Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.

Great house!

5 of us stayed at this house for a girls weekend away in Palm Springs. The house was great, the backyard is absolutely gorgeous with lots of seating areas, and the beds were really comfy. The kitchen was also well stocked, which was convenient. The location was close enough to everything, but not necessarily walking distance, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is on the smaller side but is really nice, and we appreciated the umbrella on the steps since it was super hot out while we were there. Only complaints are that they don't let you put the A/C below 75 degrees, and with it being so hot out we would've appreciated the house being a little cooler, and you have to go to the rental company's offices to check in which was a bit inconvenient, since the house has a keypad on the front door and we could've just let ourselves in. Other than that, the rental company was responsive and we didn't have any issues. All in all, great house and great experience!

Getaway

The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was very nice and close to shopping and downtown!! The pool was a little on the smaller end but we thought it was perfect! It's pet friendly and that was a plus! The only reason I give a 4 star rating was because the fridge was not working and we had filled it up with groceries, although they were quick to respond and bring out a new one. We were told they already knew of the issue and it was definitely an inconvenience having people over and putting a new one in and having to unload and reload the new one (which was an eye sore since it was placed in front of the art work) . This should have been done before our arrival if they already knew of the issue but no other complaints as the property management was quick to come out and resolve the issue! The next time I am in town again I will definitely book again!

Location and style!

Great mid-century modern house in nice neighborhood. About a 30 minute walk to downtown. Awesome private yard with pool and spa. Will rent this house again.

Holiday getaway

Nice home, however we would not stay here again. No comfortable chairs in the home. Cheap kitchen chairs that were losing screws. My elderly husband said, "none of these chairs are comfortable", we all agreed. Also, no grip bars in showers or near toilets--very difficult and dangerous for older guests.

This One Has It All!

Wonderful home! Well decorated, stocked and exceptionally clean. Location was ideal - short distance from quality restaurants and shopping. Home had everything you need to relax and spend quality time with family!

Fabulous Family Staycation!

We are a busy family. My BF and I are both in the education field at the high school and college levels and we share 6 children together so our school years (August-June) are busy. We were looking for some time away from our home which is in Long Beach to enjoy some quiet time together. Only 3 of our kids were with us but this was the absolute BEST decision we've ever made. We had SO much fun at Sunrise Park. Everything was phenomenal, from the original reservation process to the check-in/out, to the property itself. We even had our dog with us and that was also a super easy process of having him approved. We all kept saying that the property had a hotel feel in a private home. The house was super clean. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Everything from the sink fixtures to the kitchen appliances are of such high quality. The overall experience was fantastic. We are already talking about making this our annual summer "thing" that we do as a family. We will be back for sure!!

Best Get-a-Way Ever! 5 Stars!

Such a beautiful home. This property provided our family with a 5 Star Vacation get-a-way! Love the Mid-Century architecture, furniture and styling. The swimming pool was sparkling and perfect. The home is super clean and stocked with everything that we needed and more. Loved our stay and will book again! Thanks to all at Orange Palm - All communications and assistance were top shelf!

A truly wonderful vacation home

This house was absolutely lovely. It has obviously been recently redone as it was the prettiest house in its quiet neighborhood. Everything from the furniture to the decor to the gourmet kitchen was just top notch. We chose it mostly for the pool, and that did not disappoint. The management company was also very nice and accommodating. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and the location was very central to everything. The rest of the neighborhood didn’t quite have that Palm Springs mid-Century vibe as it seemed to be more from the seventies, but the interior of the house definitely channeled the mid-Centuty thing. We absolutely loved it!

Cutest mid century home!

Private, clean, easily accessible to all locations, safe! Linens were clean and fresh plenty of towels to shower and for the pool! Family was very happy here💗
