Two other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house: a second junior primary suite with queen bed and en suite bathroom and a third bedroom that is set up as a den office space. There is a blowup bed available for guests. A full bath is located between the two.

4th bedroom Casita with private entrance and a bathroom with walk-in shower is currently occupied. No common space is shared.

Laundry area in the main house with washer and dryer offers convenience. You’ll find plenty of off-street parking with a three-car garage and driveway, and even room for an RV along the side of the house. Tenant in Casita is allowed laundry privileges once per week for two hours.

Weekly maid service is available. Mini cleans are required for long term stays over one month, at special rates for extended stay guests. This service includes clean linens, towels, kitchen and baths cleaned, dusting, floors mopped and vacuuming.
