Beds: K, K, Q Swanky resort-style yard with all the amenities you could want on vacation - saltwater pool with integrated spa, two fire features, covered alfresco dining pavilion, outdoor shower, a poolside napping cabana, and more. Totally remodeled and impeccably maintained - everything has been updated for the way we live today. Inside you'll find new bathrooms, updated kitchen, upgraded heating and cooling systems, gas fireplace, high-speed internet, and flatscreen TVs. Free-flowing floor plan where almost every room opens up to the outside - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. There is even a game/rec room with ping pong! This vacation home is truly a multi-generational space - there's something here for everyone. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES A very private, completely walled and gated property that feels like you are staying in your own mini-resort. It's all here in your own private oasis - the perfect place for living the good life. The freeform saltwater pool with integrated spa is surrounded by a bar height fire table with spectacular mountain views, plus an additional fire pit lounge area, a spacious covered outdoor dining pavilion, outdoor shower, and even a napping cabana! This is the type of property visitors return to year after year. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost ** ** Please Note: 1. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms. 2. Pool heating may be added in minimum of 3 day blocks per request ** INDOOR LIVING SPACES Beyond the whimsical pink front door, you'll find a vacation paradise full of vibrant colors, fun wallpaper, fab decor, and unique artwork. This home has been perfectly planned for spending time with your entire group - or stealing off for some alone time to curl up with a good book. Fabulous Hollywood glam meets the comfort and laid-back vibe of a family home. The entire property is very livable - the type of place where you can put your feet up, relax and not worry about a thing. The owners have put a lot of themselves into creating the perfect vacation paradise and are thrilled to be able to share it with people who love Palm Springs as much as they do! At the center of the home is the living room featuring comfortable seating facing a gas fireplace and a flat-screen television. One side of the house is dedicated to entertaining - with a chef's kitchen, a dining room (easily accommodates 8 guests), and a poolside hangout area with walls of glass - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. You'll also find a dedicated game room with a ping pong table just past the kitchen. On the other side of the house guests can sneak away for some much needed relaxation in any of the 3 bedrooms. SLEEPING QUARTERS All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The deluxe Primary Suite is gorgeous with its King bed, colorful wallpaper, en suite bath - with dual sinks and stunning tilework - as well as direct pool access. Guest Room 1 has a King bed, beautiful wallpaper, and easy access to a shared hallway bathroom. Guest Room 2 features a Queen bed, direct access to the shared hall bathroom, and its own private outdoor seating area. THE LOCATION Driving is completely optional while staying here. Located on a quiet no-outlet residential street in the upscale El Mirador Neighborhood. You'll be less than a mile to Ruth Hardy Park, the Convention Center, and the world famous Palm Canyon Drive as it passes through the Uptown Design District with its galleries, boutiques, fine dining restaurants, casual eateries and coffee spots. Two full-service shopping centers with grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are just a few blocks away.

Great Spot For a Gals Trip!

This is my favorite rental house I've stayed in so far! The location, outdoor space and perfectly decorated and fun decor made our visit so perfect! If I ever come back to Palm Springs, I will hope to stay here again!

Great Getaway!

What an absolutely stunning home. Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and organized. Kitchen is so well stocked with cookware, dishes and glassware. Pool and spa are gorgeous! Will totally stay here again. One of our favorite VRBO experiences ever!

Great Family Spring Break

My family and I spent a week here enjoying Palm Springs over spring break. This is a great location close to downtown Palm Springs. The property was much larger than we expected and was very clean. The kids loved the pool! It was a stress free vacation and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Amazing - as advertised!

A great property with massive attention to detail. I’ve made quite a few trips to Palm Springs and this may be the nicest property I’ve stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice - but loved the pool and backyard above all. The whole Acme crew was very quick to respond with any questions we had Can’t wait to go back!

Another Wonderful Palm Springs Stay

A perfect home layout both inside and out! We thoroughly enjoyed the outside living areas, including the ample seating and outside dining area. Two fire features outside were great during those desert evenings. The interior spaces, design, and kitchen were all perfect for our entire stay. We played ping pong each day in the garage space and had game night each night in the large living room. It was farther from downtown than we are accustomed but such a nice retreat for rest and relaxation!

Great place!

I was looking for a place to rent for a bachelorette weekend and this place delivered. It was 5 min drive to downtown. The house was amazing. Loved every little detail that went into decorating. The AC worked like a champ. All of our rooms had great airflow. They had a guidebook that made it really easy such as where the jacuzzi button was located, hot to turn on the fire pit, etc. Will definitely stay there again.

Great house and stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5 for 4 nights. Kitchen well-stocked, good layout of house, pool area and backyard immaculate with lots of amenities. The fire features in backyard very useful and nice to use. Several TVs around and in each bedroom. Garage wjth ping-pong, washer/dryer and all appliances in good working order. Acme was very responsive with our needs. Would stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Fiesta in the Sun. The house and outdoor area is absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool needed some adjustments and repair which Acme took care of in the first day or two. We enjoyed walking to town and went to our favorite restaurants..Tropical, 849, Copley's, Trio and Spencers.

Stunning Home

This house was stunning. The outdoor spaces were the most impressive in any Palm Springs rental we've had. We used the pool and spa every day, my mother in law read many books in the loungers, and at various points all the adults had naps outside in the covered couch area. The kitchen was very well supplied, and every shelf was labelled with "outdoor wine glasses" or "indoor glasses" etc, making it very easy to put away the dishes. Pillows were brand new and very nice. The decor was a joy -- very bright and fun, and we enjoyed the art and the special touches around the house. Acme was a good company to work with - I think they are probably VERY good for property renters. I was slow to return initial rental forms (in the middle of a six months' late home renovation and feeling overwhelmed) but Acme did not let that slip through the cracks -- they made sure everything was complete, even when I was unfortunately late with copies of ID, etc. I would rent from them again, and if I were a property owner, I would absolutely trust them.

Perfection at Fiesta In The Sun

Fiesta In the Sun is a beautiful property. The home itself is decorated with imagination and style. The house has many areas to relax and chill. Well stocked, the kitchen is a cook’s dream. Plenty of dishes and glassware for entertaining we enjoyed several lovely meals at home. The pool and jacuzzi are the perfect temperature with several styles of floats to relax the day away. The beds and pillows are very comfortable with no shortage of towels. Acme management was excellent to work with and responded to our inquiries in a timely manner.

Great stay at Immersive House

We were switched from Fiesta in the Sun to Immersive house. Had a great stay. The house was in a great location relative to downtown. It was large and clean and provided everything that we needed. The pool area was great and we spent a lot of time out there. Acme was attentive to the couple of minor issues that we had. Check in and departure were quick and easy.

Relaxing stay in Palm Springs

The house is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, walkable to a restaurants, bars, and a lovely park. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the pool and the hot tub, comfortable beds, and great kitchen. Highly recommended!

Just what we needed!

Perfect house that checked all of our boxes. We drove down from Seattle for an extended stay to do remote learning and work. The house was in a terrific location and had all the amenities we needed and more. We were able to enjoy the sun and continue our day-to-day grind of school and work in a beautiful new (to us) setting. The only negative thing I would say, is that the wifi did not adequately support our multiple zoom calls and would often drop. The management company was very responsive, but was also unable to fix our internet connectivity issues. Anyway, I would recommend this house and would love to return again in the future.

Awesome Getaway Home

We really loved the house, great setup for a few couples. The rec room in The garage is a really nice touch. Good location and close to downtown. Incredibly comfy beds and linens as well. We’d stay here again in a second.
