Fabulous desert home with lovely pool and spa

Welcome to our serene and very private home in Palm Springs! The house has all the comfort and amenities you are looking for: lush grounds with several quiet sitting areas, a chef's gourmet kitchen, a handmade Moroccan fireplace, outdoor gas fireplace, oversized master bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and dual sinks in the master suite with French doors that lead to a gorgeous outdoor living room deck, a day bed that overlooks the pool area. In the evening, this area is illuminated with Moroccan lanterns and you can have dinner on the patio or near the BBQ area.

The house was built by a pool contractor and it is the jewel of the property. It's a Pebble-Tec pool divided into three parts: a spa, wading area where you can sit and enjoy a drink, then swim under the small bridge into the main area of the pool. There's also an outdoor grill, a gated driveway, and two-car garage. The house completely enveloped within mature tall hedges and fountains. Close to shopping, restaurants, gym, and Downtown Palm Springs.

This is not a flipped property or a party house- the home is owned by three siblings who have thoughtfully created a space that is peaceful and relaxing.

**IMPORTANT: Before you request a reservation, please consider the following: you will likely hear planes from the airport. The airport is in the middle of town and it’s not easy to escape. Pool heat is extra $70 per day and should be arranged prior to your stay if you want a heated pool upon arrival. Spa heat only is complimentary. There is a Palm Springs Noise Ordinance: no outdoor music or any amplified noise is permitted outdoors and outdoor quiet time begins at 10 p.m. The City issues fines for noise violations and we also impose a hefty fee if there is a violation. Guests are required to sign a Contract agreeing to abide by the City Ordinance. City taxes are 12.5% and not included in your total here on VRBO. Taxes will be collected at the end of your stay.
