Dog Friendly Mid-Century Modern Getaway
Welcome to The Palo Verde House, an extraordinary reimagined mid-century modern home in beautiful Palm Springs. Centered around comfort and entertaining, this home has 3 king bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and three dining areas! The kitchen comes fully stocked and the spacious work station will keep you organized if working remotely. Step out into the expansive backyard and you are met with gorgeous mountain views, a sparkling pool and jacuzzi. The covered patio is perfect for alfresco dining any time!
The Palo Verde House was designed and built in 1961 by famed architect Hugh Kaptur. This mid-century modern design boasts clean lines and offers the best indoor/outdoor lifestyle that Palm Springs is famous for. The spacious layout is uniquely outfitted with modern yet comfortable furnishings, and designer touches can be found in every corner.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a Ring doorbell camera for check in security and a camera on each side gate that only monitors towards the street. No other cameras are located on the property or inside the house.
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement(contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours.
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
