The Space
Desert Daydream was designed to offer a comfortable and elevated Palm Springs experience whether you're visiting to unwind, explore, or work remotely. The bright, open living area features a large sectional sofa, a 65” Smart TV, curated vinyl collection, gaming consoles, and cozy spaces to gather after a day in the desert sun.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, Reverse Osmosis filtered drinking water, SodaStream, and a complete selection of cookware and kitchen essentials for meals at home. Adjacent dining and lounge spaces make entertaining easy and comfortable.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with Smart TVs, charging stations, storage space, and comfortable linens designed to help guests settle in and relax. The home also features central heating and air conditioning, a tankless water heater, and a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry supplies for added convenience.

For guests working remotely, the home offers ultra-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi along with two dedicated workstations featuring ergonomic seating and multi-monitor setups designed for productivity during longer stays.

Per city regulations, the home accommodates a maximum of 6 overnight guests ages 13 and older, plus 2 additional guests age 12 and under, for a total occupancy of 8 guests.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is designed for all-day desert enjoyment. Lounge beside the private pool, soak in the hot tub, relax in the hammock beneath the palms, or gather around the fire pit in the evening. Multiple shaded seating areas and lounge chairs create inviting spaces to unwind throughout the day. Guests can also enjoy outdoor games including cornhole, while the propane BBQ grill makes outdoor dining easy and enjoyable.

Pool
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay.
Pool Heat Rates (per night):
• November–March: $75
• April, May, October: $50
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Relax in the private hot tub, conveniently heated using easy controls. The hot tub is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but there is no additional charge to use it — even if pool heat is not selected. Simply activate it whenever you're ready for a relaxing soak.

Location
Located in the Tram View Heights neighborhood of Palm Springs, this home sits in an area experiencing ongoing growth and redevelopment. The neighborhood reflects a more transitional, evolving side of the city compared to some of the more established resort areas. You may notice a mix of residential styles and varying levels of upkeep, which is common in this part of Palm Springs. Like many areas throughout the city, there may also be a visible unhoused population in certain nearby areas.

That said, the property itself is private, fully enclosed, and designed to offer a comfortable and relaxed environment for your stay. Most guests spend their time enjoying the home's amenities or heading just 10–15 minutes to Downtown Palm Springs for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Due to limited sidewalks and the overall layout of the neighborhood, this area is better suited for guests planning to drive rather than walk extensively.

Wind Conditions
Northern Palm Springs is known for its unique desert landscape and mountain views, but it can also experience more wind than other areas of the Coachella Valley. The nearby wind farms are a testament to the area's natural wind patterns. Wind conditions vary by season and weather system, and while many days are calm, guests should be aware that breezy conditions are not uncommon.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog-Friendly Stays
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music at any time; doors must remain closed if music is played indoors
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced outdoors from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
• No smoking inside the home
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older
• Guests are required to sign Ryson's Terms and Conditions, and City Ordinances require a copy of a valid ID to be provided prior to arrival
