The house is very nice, and the location is quiet and great. BUT, there are a couple major problems and a few small ones I will start with the house:1. Master Bedroom bed mattress is worthless and needs tube replaced, too soft to even sleep on. The main shower head in the Master bath does not work.2. A/C system is great, but the thermostat is in the hall for the second/third bedroom, so if you sleep with your door closed your room gets very warm (unless you open the window)3. Ice maker was broken4. Nice BBQ, but no lighting instructions and not able to figure it out.5. BYO Laundry detergent and KleenexWe have stayed at many VRBO, and have received very high ratings from the owners, and we are not complainers - but these points deserved mention.The NEW Management Company gets 0 Stars:1. Received an email on 3/1 saying we would get check in instructions 3/4 - they never came. I had to call on 3/6 to get instructions, which were received, but the lockbox code was wrong (House uses a key...)2. The home was not cleaned by 4pm, and actually did not completed until 6:30pm on day of check-in. The only reason we were able to get in that evening given the lockbox problem was that the cleaners were still there when we arrived at 5pm!!3. We were only provided 1 key.... they brought another but go figure for a 3 bedroom house.4. Their emails are from an AI Bot - and apparently never get read by a human, no need to try anything through email with Casago Mgmt Company
