Other Things to Note:

The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.



Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.



Any type of sound from any sound producing device is not allowed outside of the Vacation Rental unit.



Pool Heating fee of $100 per day from October - May may be added.



VRBO cancellations will have a minimum of a 7% cancellation fee.
