My partner and I stayed before Christmas, and we both loved our experience because of the amenities and excellent staff.
We were greeted with a warm welcome at check-in with a good explanation of the map and rules. We stayed in the Spa Suite King, which was huge.
The mineral tub was bigger than the pictures, and the healing waters melted my aches and stress away. Unfortunately, it ended up raining during our stay, which made us worried if we would be annoying to use the outdoor soaking tubs and sauna. We did use the tub once during a break in the rain. We waited 5 min to get one. It would be more convenient if there could be a sign up list and time limit for the outdoor tubs because those are popular. There was one for the himilayan salt room, but there were people who didn’t respect our sign up list time or the time limit. Hopefully, the staff can check on that more.
We enjoyed two meals in the cafe, and the ladies were very attentive. The food options were only alright though. Besides the amazing tub in our room, the other highlight of our stay was the professional staff. We had forgot something in our rooms after checkout. The housekeeping and front desk staff located and returned it to us promptly, and they were kind about the inconvenience. I will definitely be planning a trip back here with my family.
