With 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite) and 4 baths, this spacious salt water pool/spa/fire-pit home on large lot offers green lawn and beautiful mountain views, close proximity to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and all the amenities you would expect from a modern home. Located in the ever popular Tahquitz River Neighborhood of south Palm Springs, walkable and bike-able to nearly everything!

A 13.5% city TOT (tax) is added to each booking of 28 days or less per Palm Springs city law. We will recalculate the quote that you see and return it to you with the 13.5% tax included and you can then book with this new quote.

Cameras are located on the property. Doorbell camera at front door, and gate cameras on each side of the property. No cameras are pointed at any private areas of the property.

The pool is a salt water pool.

The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

This is a no smoking rental.

Pets (up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs) are allowed on a case by case basis. Pets are welcomed at your own risk. We take no responsibility for their safety while at this property.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (10 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 4 cars can be parked at the house
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)
