Sip wine, watch golf, relax, and come enjoy our home away from home on your private patio overlooking the 2nd tee box of the Challenge course. Located in the desirable gated community of Palm Valley Country Club. Our spacious, newly updated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for families or friends wanting to stay awhile or come for a quick getaway.
Condo was just updated with all new appliances, furniture, beautiful local art, and all the amenities to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. Kitchen is perfect for making your favorite meals and is completely stocked with everything you need including your most used spices! If barbeque is on the menu you'll enjoy using the new BBQ on the front patio that opens up to the kitchen.
Bedrooms are newly furnished and have new Temper-Pedic mattresses so you are sure to sleep soundly. Beds are equipped with high quality linens and comfy hypo-allergenic duvet covers. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TV's and USB plugs to charge all your devices.
Feel like going for a swim? Choose from one of the 46 pools located in Palm Valley, the closest one being about a 1 minute walk from the condo. Don't worry about packing your beach towels, we've got you covered there too! Home also features high-speed wi-fi, cable tv, washer and dryer and garage to park your car.
Centrally located in the valley. Close to shopping, dining, and attractions. We are happy to make any recommendations, just ask!

*Please note Palm Valley golf and tennis club are not available to guests. There are many amazing golf courses in the area and we would be more than happy to recommend our favorites.

Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Located in a beautifully landscaped golf and tennis club (no access to those, but made for a nice environment). Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

We just spent 3 weeks at this lovely Palm Valley CC condominium. The condo was nicely appointed and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped….The beds are wonderful and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home! Communication was excellent. Really appreciate how nice the host was in letting us check in a little early. Thanks, Ryan!

This property was absolutely perfect for us. It’s exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with all the kitchen supplies you could possibly need. We entertained family on Christmas Day and everyone was very comfortable, sitting inside and outside on the beautiful terrace. Although we didn’t use the second bedroom, the two suites are perfectly comfortable and private from each other. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, and nice size TVs with streaming options. The condo is well situated - minutes from shopping, dining, and all major roads. In addition, the owner is very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely select this property again next time we are in the Palm Springs area.

Very noisy location. Constant traffic and train noise. Located right at freeway and train tracks. Beds lumpy and uncomfortable. Unit is not updated. Although the unit does face a pleasant view of the lakes and golf course, this is not south facing and sun is gone from patio by 1pm. Very surprised that there is no mention of the noise factor. Unit not for us. Finally,don’t arrive early. We arrived 20 minutes early after a three hour drive expecting to be able to get into the unit. It’s locked until 4 pm and no exceptions

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It is in a great location in the complex and handy to shopping and eating facilities in Palm Desert . Ryan our host checked in with us to ensure all was ok.. Definitely would recommend staying here.

It cost us a lot of money for a 2 night stay. We had no shower water. We knew main bath had a problem. But when we went to use the shower in other bath only a stream of water. I will never use vrbo again a shame it cost so much money for 2 nights. Owner dosen!t seem to care about keeping money that he should not keep.

This was our second stay here. 115 degrees in October. Thankfully the AC worked like a charm. There was an issue with the WiFi but it was a Frontier problem. Great communication with the property manager and it was quickly resolved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were first rate. The hosts were very understanding and accommodating about a minor delay in our arrival due to flight cancellations and this reduced our stress level tremendously. We cannot say enough good things about our overall experience and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is considering.

Nice condo, everything was as advertised. Only complaint I have is how filthy the outdoor furniture and patios were. I understand being located in the desert and dust is to be expected. But this was excessive. Frustrating to have a big cleaning fee, then have to spend an hour cleaning before I could enjoy the outdoor space. Then have a laundry list of things to do before departing. Other than that, it was a good experience.

This property was perfect for our week stay in Palm Springs. The property is exactly as pictured and described, and was stocked with everything we needed to make it our home for the week. The host was great to communicate with, responding to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the entire property is very well cared for. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room in the dining/living room area for socializing and playing with my 2 year old. We loved hanging out on the patio and watching the golfers in the afternoon while my daughter was napping. And having the pool just at the end of the street was lovely. Truly there is nothing more we could have asked for and would stay here again!

The condo was as advertised! Loved both the courtyard with the BBQ and the back patio overlooking the golf course and water/landscaping. It’s hard to beat this neighborhood as it’s full of beautiful landscaping. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The only negative is the cabinets and counter tops are dated but they are clean. But I would definitely come back here for a longer stay!

We enjoyed the outdoors within the entire community. We spent hours out back watching the golfers and the birds. We had beautiful weather and people we met were very friendly. The unit was well supplied with spices dishes pots pans etc.
