The Space:

This cozy yet stylish retreat blends mid-century charm with modern upgrades. The home features a fully updated kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops, a large island with bar seating, and sleek stainless-steel appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining.



The living area offers a comfortable setting to unwind, complete with a flatscreen TV, while large windows invite in natural light and showcase the beautiful surroundings.



Step outside to your private patio and take in the breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail, the serene setting is hard to beat. When you're ready, take a refreshing dip in the pool just steps away.



Located on El Paseo, the Sandpiper community offers easy walking access to some of the best shopping and dining in the desert.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the community pool and shared amenities, including BBQ areas, refrigerators, shuffleboard, and parking.

Pool hours:

Sunday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Friday–Saturday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Maximum pool capacity: 45 people

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***Cancellation Policy:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



*** Additional Cleaning Requirement: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
