Welcome to the amazing Palm Desert! This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom desert condo is a must-see! You'll be amazed by the breathtaking view and exquisite interior. Wake up and sip your morning cup of joe to the serene water feature and golf course as you relax on the furnished patio. End your day with a glass of wine will enjoying the sounds of the desert and gazing at the starry night sky. This condo is an oasis of tranquility.



***IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOWS***

-25 year age minimum for booking

-No pets

-Mailbox access permitted

-Transponders not permitted for guest use

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number

-Clubhouse, pickleball/tennis, golf, community pool and spa permitted for guest use

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

February and March, 2022 Stay

My wife and I rented this home for two months this winter and were very happy with the unit and its location. Palm Valley Country Club provides a beautiful backdrop and the community pools were great. The home, with its two spacious bedrooms and sizeable working den, was perfect for us. Dustin, as our host, was very professional and responsive. We would highly recommend this property. Michael (April 5, 2022)

Well kept and equipped with south facing outside view over the 18th hole championship course yet within easy walking distance of clubhouse. Dustin was a good host. Sole gripe is that outside terrace space is restricted by a large square table.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at the property for three months this winter and everything was great. Dustin was amazing and so responsive, organized and very easy to deal with. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is the best in the community with a wonderful patio. We love Palm Deseret

We had two couples, we not golfers but the course was going under reseeding but it did not affect us. The condo is super clean and stocked with everything you need,. It worked good for two couples but the third bedroom is like a den with a hide a bed and the 2nd bathroom is tiny and next to the 2nd bedroom so not very convenient if you were to use that den for a bedroom for someone.. Overall the location is great and we enjoyed our stay in Palm Valley. We enjoyed El Paseo Drive for their amazing restaurants...

Place was great. Dustin opened his house for us to stay. Have done this for years but this place was perfect. What I mean he gave us access to everything. Totally trusted us as renters and we in turn left the place just as great as when we came.

Perfect place in paradise!

From the moment we opened the door to this beautiful Palm Valley home, we knew we had picked a winner. From the mid-century/ rustic farmhouse vibe, to the great view over the expansive lake and golf greens, this was going to be a great place to call home for the next few weeks. But what’s really important to travelers? Beds and both the master and second bedroom were extremely comfortable. Each bedroom is nicely appointed with comfy bedding, large screen TV’s and en-suite bathrooms with large showers. The master bedroom also has a private patio. The kitchen is well-stocked and the owner provided many condiments. There is bar seating, inside dining table and two outside patio tables so plenty of places to enjoy a meal. The living room has a great feel and large screen TV. There is also a separate den with couch and lounge chairs. The home has a community pool/ hot tub directly across the street and easy access to the clubhouse. As the home is towards the front of the development, you do not hear any of the train noise. It was very peaceful. The owner is very friendly and readily available if you have any questions. Enjoy your stay!

Great Palm Valley Accommodations

We stayed for the first time during February in this lovely condo overlooking the beautiful water feature on the 18th hole of the Palm Valley Champioship Course. Golf in the morning, afternoons on the spacious patio overlooking the golf course and view of the mountains, and evenings around the fire pit dining set made for a perfect vacation. Thank you Dustin - we will be back!

Great location with beautiful view of the golf course.

My husband and I rented this home for the month of January, 2019. The home was well maintained, clean, centrally located and had a great view of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked and there was an abundance of linen and towels. Loved the over sized washer/dryer. Our Host was helpful and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

This property was just what we were looking for.

My wife and came down from Seattle with our two kids and my sister in law. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. Sitting on the back patio overlooking the golf course was beautiful and relaxing. Dustin was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. Only thing I would change.... the weather. Wasn’t the best, but no one to blame for that. Did manage to get in 9 holes of golf on one of the two courses. Kids loved the swimming pools. We would definitely book this again.

Perfect Stay for Short-Term or Long-Term

What a perfect Condo! We only stayed for 4 nights, but this condo has everything you need for either a short term or long term stay, Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, bathroom amenities, everything. The Condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. My two teenage sons were with me and they each had a room of their own. The pull-out sofa in the office seemed to be comfortable as my older son didn't want the extra foam topper that was available for it. In addition to the AC, each room had it's own fan and tv. One of the many pools was right across the street, so the kids were able to spend the day there (well really going back and forth), while I was able to do some work. Having my laptop set up on the dining room table overlooking the golf course with pond was excellent. No other place I would like to work! All of the pools in the complex appear to be about the same, but are cleaned on different days. If one pool had debris (vegetation) from the wind, you just went to the one down the block. It was fun to watch the golfs in the earlier part of the day and then the bird that were drawn by the pond in the later half of the day. Can't say enough about this place. On our next trip to Palm Springs we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Experience

We had a fabulous trip in Palm Valley. The location was great and the view incredible. We had the golf course and waterfall views and the property was beautiful and well maintained. The clubhouse was right across the street so that was a plus. I would definitely stay there on my next trip.

Perfect vacation Spot

We loved this vacation home. The place is immaculate and well furnished. The location is so convenient to the club facilities and it even has a golf cart to run around the resort. Dustin is so easy to work with and we would love to vacation here in the future.
