As you make your way through the entrance you are greeted with a bright open concept floor plan and/vaulted ceiling. Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with, granite counters, oversized kitchen island plus large bar countertop, walk in pantry, kitchen nook, Butler’s Pantry, stainless steel refrigerator, double ovens, and pot filler above the gas cooktop. Keep everyone in the group comfortable with 4 bedrooms, PLUS an office, this home is sure to not disappoint.

The primary bedroom showcases a king bed, direct backyard access through beautiful French doors and a wall of windows allowing natural sun light to illuminate the room. Pamper yourself in the thoughtfully designed Master bath which includes a step-up soaking tub, vanity, his and her sinks and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 and 3 feature queen size beds and share a jack and jill bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a large double door entry, and king bed. All beds have European linens.

This property is restricted to a minimum of 30 days and guest is responsible for gas and Electric utilities. UTILITIES:
Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.
