The Space:
VILLA LAS PALMAS is a stunning vacation rental that promises an unforgettable experience for families and friends alike. This fully renovated home features a heated pool and spa, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and entertainment. With two primary bedrooms and a total of three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone to unwind and enjoy their stay.

The home boasts 16' vaulted ceilings throughout, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, upgraded cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and a wine cooler, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. The spacious open floor plan includes a formal dining room that seats eight, a cozy family room, and a game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table, ensuring fun for all ages.

Bedrooms and Amenities:
- Primary bedroom 1 features a king bed, dual vanity, walk-in shower, tub, and a spacious walk-in closet.
- Guest bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a trundle bed that sleeps two.
- Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed.
- All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment.
- Separate in-house laundry room with washer and dryer.
- Gas grill for outdoor cooking.
- Two-car garage and two bicycles for your use and entertainment.

Outdoor Oasis:
- Enjoy the covered, screened-in pool and spa, set in a park-like backyard.
- The pool is heated; please contact us for the heating option at an additional cost of $287 per week.
- Spa functionality is available only with the heated pool option.

Pet Friendly:
- We are pet friendly; a $100 fee per pet will be added to your stay.
- Please inform us if you plan to bring your furry friends.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.
- Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
