Waterfront / Pool / Hot Tub / Dock / Game Room - Close to Beach

Enjoy captivating sunrises and sunsets from your backyard oasis. Relax on the boat dock/deck and gaze at the breathtaking views while watching boats pass through the waterway. Swim all year round in the gorgeous heated saltwater pool overlooking the canal or relax in the Jacuzzi and watch dolphins play!

The interior features an open floor plan. A true gourmet kitchen with granite counters, SS appliances, and a large island. The master bedroom is equipped with a King Size Bed and Smart TV with a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and private bathroom. Guest bedroom 3 has a full daybed with a tween trundle and another private bathroom. In addition, there is a game room with a pool table and a queen sofa bed. All rooms have smart TVs.

Ten-minute drive to the beach and 30-minute drive to Daytona or St. Augustine. Close to the European Village with shops, bars, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Palm Harbor Golf course is a public course which you can play Golf all year around. Walking, biking, and hiking trails are also close by.
Game Room with pool table, ping pong, Pac man, darts, etc.
Minutes to the intracoastal waterway. Bring your boat or jet skis! Complimentary kayaks and beach chairs are provided. Bring your extended family & friends for a vacation of a lifetime.

** 4 night minimum ** Pet Fee $250

Optional fee to heat pool or jacuzzi is $25/night or a flat fee for reservations over a week. The pool and hot tub can be scheduled and set as per your request, however we cannot guarantee desired temperatures when the outside air temperature drops below 50.
(especially for the pool due to the large volume of water)

This is a very comfortable family style home with everything you need for a little quiet Florida time. Nice neighborhood on a canal, pool with hot tub, and cute. Game room. It was very clean, spacious and relaxing. Host worked well with us to get hot tub heater restarted the first time we used it. Very kid friendly.

Perfect quiet waterfront relaxing

This has been my favorite property for vacation and I have stayed at a lot. It was in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for my teen son who is a fisherman. The dock was amazing. My teen daughter and her friend relaxed by the pool and the drive to Flagler was easy! Perfect spot!

Absolutely a must

FromBooking to checkout this owner stayed in contact and made everything so easy! Property is even better in person than the pictures- I have never stayed in such a clean VRBO- equipped to the max with everything you will need! Very convenient to grocery store and other restaurants, I can’t suggest this “Oasis”enough! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Matt and Roxy!

Matt was a great host. He was super responsive and his communication was excellent. The house was super clean and well stocked. The location was so convenient to stores and restaurants. Relaxing Week

We had a wonderful week at the house. The house was exactly how it was presented online…honestly better! When you walk through the front door to see the pool and waterfront backyard, you are ready to relax. Matt was easy to communicate with on any needs for the week. There are beaches, parks and plenty of restaurants just 5-10 minutes away. The area the house is located in was very quiet and safe. It also was not touristy or crowded at all. We will definitely be back!!!This was one of the best vacations ever!! Thank you for sharing this oasis!

Palm Coast

This house is in a great location. Close to Daytona, St Augustine and not to far from Disney either. The house was super clean, pool was awesome and plenty of space. Lots of restaurants close by if your looking for a treat. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Quiet Neighborhood

The owner of the property Matt is extremely attentive and easy to deal with. . . .although, everything is as pictured and we only had to contact Matt to turn on the pool/hot tub heater and ask a tv streaming question. We were at the house for almost three weeks and the kitchen is well stocked along with the bathrooms! The backyard is a peaceful oasis and quiet enough to work remotely! Thank you Matt!

An Oasis Indeed...

The house was well kept, clean and inviting. The property was wonderfully appointed including the heated pool and hot tub. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores as well as some very nice beaches. Within an hour of both St. Augustine and Daytona. Finally, the hosts communicated well before, during and after our stay. Even without the best of weather during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy this wonderful oasis.

Blue Oasis

The house and location is perfect! The house was very clean and has everything you need! Decorated very nicely and comfortable. You are right on the canal, loved relaxing in the pool and watching the boats go by, talk about stress relief! The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. The beach is only about 3 miles from the house, very easy access to beach. Make sure you check out the neighborhood park! great for kids, walkers, and pickle ballers! Matt and Roxy were great, easy to contact to ask question as needed. Looking forward to return!

Our family had a great time during our stay here. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We had absolutely everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and the view of the canal was so relaxing. The owner was super nice and responsive. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Palm Coast!

Great for Families

We had a great time in Palm Coast! The property owners were great to communicate with and were quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the inside of the home was beautiful and very clean. The property had everything you would need to take to the beach or play at the pool and my family enjoyed using the kayaks that were also provided. The only thing that was different than described online was the trundle bed was not in working order; but fortunately, there was an additional bed in the pull out couch, so we made it work! Another positive thing is that the king size bed was the comfiest vacation bed we have ever had. We usually go home sore from an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement and we didn’t have that here! I would highly recommend this property for your family to stay!

Excellent house in perfect location.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family of 4. We had a wonderful time playing games in the game room when it was raining and enjoyed the screened in porch heated pool with a view of the canal. It was located close to everything one would need as far as stores and food options. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property!

Stayed here for a week with family from out of town. Everything was as expected from the listing and online photos. The interior was beautiful & with nice furniture. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare and serve food for everyone. Back patio & pool were great for relaxing and kids playing. Hot tub worked great. Also outdoor propane grill. The owner was quick to answer any questions via phone call or text without breathing down your neck or showing up to the property. Everything was written down with photos on how to operate the pool/hot tub and other things around the house. Was a great vacation and very nice property!

Family Vacation

Family had a great time. Pool and hot tub were great. Pool heater worked great for the late night swims. Dock was in great shape for our boat. Loved the access to the waterways. House was clean and as advertised. Kids asked if we could buy the house and move there. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Can accomate more for larger families.

Family Reunion

The house was beautifully decorated and welcoming. It was the perfect place for us to spend time with our grandchildren. They had a lot of fun in the pool, shooting pool, fishing off the dock, and sitting around the large kitchen table for game nights. The house easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 children. We really appreciated all the beach necessities (5 chairs, an umbrella, towels, and a cooler). We loved Marineland Beach which was an easy 15 minutes away. Grandkids loved climbing on the rocks and looking in the tide pools. Matthew was so supportive and quick to respond when we had a question. We hope that we will be able to stay here again net year!

Home away from Home

We loved our stay! The pictures are wonderful, but the house is even better in person! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine which was a wonderful surprise from the owners. Everything was extremely clean, and they had everything you could need. The hot tub & pool had a wonderful view of the canal. Our grandson never wanted to come out of the pool! He had a wonderful time. The deck down by the canal was a perfect spot to watch the sunrise and boats pass by in the day. At night the moon was glistening off the water. It was a peaceful and relaxing place. My husband and son-in-law had a blast taking out the kayaks on the canal which the owners provide. The entire time we were there it was extremely peaceful and quiet. Grocery store, gas station and many restaurants are within minutes of the house. I will definitely vacation at this house again in the future! Thank you for sharing your house with us it was truly our home away from home!
