The covered balcony is furnished for morning coffee at sunrise and moonlit dinners al fresco. Downstairs, the resort brings two heated pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a clubhouse game room (pool table, foosball, ping pong), and 2.5 miles of private, coquina-sand beach — all inside a gated, elevator-access building.
