Enjoy refreshing breezes from your sixth-floor balcony, which offers breathtaking ocean views of the surrounding area and is perfect for spending quality time with friends and family during your vacation. This sizable outdoor space features a spacious dining table and comfortable chaise lounges.

The open and roomy kitchen is ideal for preparing meals and seamlessly connects to the dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a four-chair dining table, while the dining table can seat up to six guests.

The cozy living room features new sofas, including a full-size sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV with cable. Here, you can relax comfortably while admiring the gorgeous ocean views from indoors.

The master bathroom is expansive and includes separate sinks, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower. Each guest bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen television. Guest bedroom 1 has two twin beds, while guest bedroom 2 features a queen bed and en suite bathroom, making it an excellent alternative for those who cannot decide on the master bedroom. Additionally, a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

This unit provides parents and grandparents with a chic and sophisticated living space for entertaining and relaxation, while kids can enjoy miles of beach and a splash park - a true paradise for them.

While you'll undoubtedly appreciate the resort's picturesque landscaping, abundant amenities, and exceptional staff, there's also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Don't miss out on St. Augustine, and Daytona offers plenty of excitement as well.

Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that there are numerous recommended courses nearby - just ask us for a list.

Located in the Ocean Hammock resorts in Palm Coast, Florida, this is unit 761 of the Cinnamon Beach condos, situated on the sixth floor of building 8. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets allowed at a fee of $100 per pet, plus tax.

Fabulous view! Great communication with our host. The kitchen was stocked with literally everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner and more. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. All the beds, furniture, etc were comfortable. All you need to do is show up and enjoy the beautiful area and scenery. Seamless from beginning to end! Thank you!

Our stay was lovely. Our recommendations would be to clean mirrors and glass tables well. They needed cleaning. The stove top was not cleaned well. The towels and bed coverings need an upgrade. One lamp in the living room does not work. Those are small suggestions. The condo truly was enjoyable and we were VERY pleased with the unit. Beautiful ocean view too!! We would definitely come back.

A wonderful vacation!

Came here with my wife and 8 year old son, my mom and dad, and our two goldens. We have stayed on property at Ocean Hammock 4 previous times and this one was the best! The condo is larger because it's an end unit, so you get a larger kitchen, an extra bathroom, and all the space you could want! Beds were comfy, towels are provided and the walk to the beach was short. All in all a wonderfully successful trip at a wonderful location!

Nice.. but could be better

Overall, condo was clean and comfortable. Several criticisms that I have are ; #1 for the money that you are paying you would think that you could at least get a bar of soap that was bigger than a quarter. #2 you act like rolls of toilet paper were made of gold and you hand them out sparingly. You could at least stock a few rolls in the supply closet. #3 There should be non-slip strips in the tubs. Also grip bars should be placed in all showers and tubs.

Spacious place, Gorgeous view

Beautiful location and amazing view! Nice spacious open floor plan, large balcony overlooking beach and ocean! Most everything needed for meal prep, good beds. Peaceful area not a lot of tourists, most of the units were occupied by owners. Has 2 nice pools, open til 5 pm in January not sure what summer hours are like. Would have liked to have at least 4 laundry pods or laundry detergent for 4 loads (3 were provided but 1 has to be reserved for a load of towels needed to start at check out), a couple more dishwashing pods and full rolls of better quality toilet paper would be appreciated. Overall it was a great place to stay, and we would certainly recommend!

Very Adaptable and Communicative

First, the property was excellent in all respects. What distinguished this stay was how well the agents adapted when unexpected building maintenance began on the first day of our visit. They were immediately responsive when they learned of the new situation, offered us nearby alternatives, and were accommodating and very fair in adjusting the rates when we elected to stay in the original booking but shorten our stay.

Cinnamon Beach Beauty

We just left this beautiful condo. We loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and much bigger than the one we stayed in before. The view is gorgeous and the area is amazing. You will not want to leave this beauty! Check-in was easy and we had no problems the whole week. We will be back!!❤️

Nice private beach

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need for a stay at the beach. The only thing that surprised me that it lacked was a Keurig coffee maker, but we may do. We had a couple questions about using the gym and other amenities, etc. The management team got back to us very quickly! The only tedious process was involving getting gate passes. You must have accurate license plate, information and drivers license information for each person passing through the gate and this was sometimes not easy to either get adults to want to give over their information or to remember to do so. But it was a great day and I would Definitely stay here again

Excellent Stay!

We had an excellent experience at this location, just as advertised the Condo was spacious, quiet, clean, and well equipped. The location is right on the beach and is enclosed by a gated community providing a very nice club house, two heated pools, a decent gym, and guard stationed for added security. We found communications with property manager to be excellent, very quick to respond to our questions/requests. It was a very nice getaway, we enjoyed our stay,

Amazing property

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. The balcony overlooks the ocean and the view is just breathtaking. The condo was very clean and well apportioned. The big plus is dogs are allowed. The property itself was very convenient for having pets. There is a large grassy area by the ocean and lots of sidewalks to walk your furry pets.

Great Family Getaway

It is challenging to find dog-friendly, direct ocean view condos with three bedrooms to accommodate us and our adult children. We have found the condos at Cinnamon Beach a great place to gather for family celebrations. They are spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and requests.

Beautiful view and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay! We visited to celebrate our mom’s birthday (3 adults) and had a great time exploring the beach, pools, and local restaurants. In the condo, it was great to each have our own room and bathroom. The view and sound of the ocean waves cannot be beat. The condo is spacious and quiet/peaceful. The kitchen is supplied to be able to cook full meals. All appliances work as expected. Our only complaint is that the main living area floors are in need of a deep clean: crumbs and hairballs on the area rugs (we immediately notified the property manager - who offered to send someone the next day, but we found a vacuum and took care of it) and some stuck on food/dirt on the kitchen floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean. I’d also recommend better quality towels (very small, smelled musty/old) and definitely adding bathroom rugs (even machine washable ones) - there are no rugs in any bathrooms and it is quite slick when getting out of the showers/bath. We had to use towels. Also, I’d recommend bringing your own toilet paper (one ply is supplied). Bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion - none are supplied (this was kind of disappointing especially for the cost paid to stay here). We spent most days lounging on the patio and loved it. The two lounge chairs need to be replaced - holes in them and falling apart at the hinges. Overall, we would recommend this property, there are just a couple of updates to make it exceed expectations.
