There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away.

There is free parking within the gated community next to the property. Pick-up trucks or any other type of trucks are not permitted in the parking area. They will be towed.

Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.

Bedroom 1 has 1 King bed.
Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen bed.
Bedroom 1 King and 1 Double over Double bunk bed.

The Property is Licensed by the State of Florida as Public Lodging Establishment for Transient Occupancy.

House Rules:

1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests.

2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.
