"Our stay in Fruita was a joy. We arrived to find a spacious, well-maintained, sparkling clean property with all the amenities. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here! "

"Although it was off a busy street once inside the property it felt secluded and private. The yard was heavily wooded with a creek running through it. The grounds were well kept and nicely decorated with lots of places to relax and enjoy the outside with additional features of a fireplace and grilling area.
