Ótima localização
A localização é excelente , o quarto confortável, wifi é bom , café da manhã ótimo, com boa variedade , restaurante com ótimo serviço, comida deliciosa e preço justo. A limpeza do quarto é muito ruim . As toalhas do banheiro permanecism no mesmo lugar que deixavamos , os copos no frigobar estavam sujos e mesmo eu tendo telefonado solicitado ainda pela manhã , nao vieram trocar os copos . Da mesma forma , solicitei travesseiros extras , pois por um erro de reserva , solicitei um quarto de solteiro e nao de casal . Tive que descer e ir buscar na recepção . A diária de estacionamento é de 21€ , mas há a possibilidade de estacionamento na praia que fica a 200m do hotel .

Estadia tranquilo
Estadia tranquila, o quarto é grande, porém um pouco escuro (por isto a avaliação menor no quesito de conforto. As pessoas na recepção foram prestativas. O café de manhã é bem servido. Há vários restaurantes bons a curta distância a pé do hotel e o bairro parece tranquilo. Apesar de estar num quarto no primeiro andar não ouvi muito barulho da rua em frente do hotel.

施設自体は綺麗で部屋も広く満足のいくものでした。 しかし、思いの外駅からは遠く、観光には少し不向きだと思ったことと、周辺にタバッキ(売店的なもの)が一切なく、水や軽食を買いたいとなってもかなり遠くまで行かなくてはなりません。 スタッフの方の対応は平均的なもので、安心感はありました。

L'albergo è fantastico, anche il personale della sala colazione. Per quanto riguarda la reception, la signora Marianna e Noemi molto gentili e competenti mentre un signore non ci ha fornito le informazioni corrette facendoci rischiare anche delle multe salate. Trovo questo comportamento poco professionale e ne sono dispiaciuta perché ne risente l'immagine dell'hotel.

Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance.

Located near to the port & only a short walk to the Via Vittorio Emanuele to start the daily sightseeing through the historic city of Palermo. Nice choice of breakfast each morning & wonderful view from the roof balcony where the breakfast will be served. Double bed rooms by typical italian style & give a plenty of space for two people. Bathroom as well... Clean up every day - great. Grazie mille....

Melko hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli. Aamiainen ei mitenkään tasokas buffett, makeita kakkuja yms. suhteettoman suuri osuus. Huoneen ilmastointia ei helppo saada viikentämään kunnolla. Hotellissa oleva kylpylä jossa sauna oli kokonaisuudessaan maksullinen, pelkkä sauna olisi maksanut noin 25 €. Pieni kuntosali käytössä. Kokonaisuutena hotellikokemus ok, ei erityisen hyvä eikä erityisen huono.

Property interior was lovely, staff were all helpful and breakfast was good. We stayed for 5 nights and had no problems. Area around the hotel is a little rundown but you wouldnt be able to tell from the inside.

Great little hotel in Palermo
Amazing breakfast (nice roof-top view as well). Very nice hotel but did lack spare pillows and blankets.

The hotel was very well kept, clean and has a luxury feel. My room was large and beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful, lots of delicious options and the view is outstanding! My stay at the Felice was a wonderful surprise. I would stay here again.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel itself is beautiful and room was beautiful and spacious. We liked that breakfast was available each morning and was delicious. I reserved spa services as well as a massage during our stay and it was so relaxing. A few things that could have been better during our stay: The pillows were very flat, but the brochure in the room states you can order more pillows as needed, which we did. The bed isn't very soft, but it was a great size. The room had AC, but it can be controlled by the front desk. When we first arrived, we couldn't control the thermostat and had to call the desk to turn it on. We also realized that nearly every time we left the property, they would turn the AC off and restrict our access to it upon arrival each time. We had to call the front desk on multiple occasions to turn it back on. Not listing this as a complaint, as the AC worked great when it was on, just letting other visitors know how it may work when arriving. We also found the street outside our patio to be a bit noisy early in the mornings, but not so bad that it disturbed our sleep. The hotel was in a great location for shopping and dining, easily doable for walking. It's also located close to the coast, so it was nice to take a stroll and see the ocean. I would recommend staying here, just be sure to reach the brochure in your room for details about your stay.

Dear Customer,Thank you for your review and for your stay.Our beds have very appreciated mattresses, which are usually firm so as not to create problems for sleeping at night. As far as pillows are concerned, it is possible to ask for other types at reception.The air conditioning is turned off to save energy, however you can ask for it to be left on if you wish.I'm happy that you enjoyed our facility and we hope to see you again soon !Kind regards from all the staff

Vom Hotel aus ist alles fußläufig erreichbar: Hafen, Altstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und man kann bei schönem Wetter auf der Dachterrasse sitzen. Auch das Wellnessangebot kann sich sehen lassen.

Not a hit!
The hotels location is on a side street within walkkng distance from many nice piazzas and restaurants, so that was ok. But, we booked the hotel specifically because they offer parking. That is not entirely true. They have a valet service where they can take your car to a parking lot for the day, but at 8pm you have to pick it up from the lot 1km away and then youre on your own. Parking in Palermo is not simple or safe, so this makes the amenity useless. At breakfast, on a lovely rooftop terrace, we got to enjoy american guests throwing food to the roof below for cats. Disgusting. But apparently ok behavior according to the hotel staff. The bed is rock hard and the pillows are, well, they are not. In general, we were disappointed with the hotel, and especially recommend thorough research of you decide to drive a car to Sicily.

Dear Guest, thank you for the review and for your stay.Regarding the parking service, I would like to point out that the service is active 24 hours, only the valet service is active until 8pm; since the parking is far from the hotel, the service it offers to our customers and which has very specific opening hours, is necessary.The cats that live near the hotel should not be a problem for customers, I'm sorry that you find them disgusting....it seems like a very strong word towards animals.Our staff always say not to throw away food, of course not all customers agree with this.However, we thank you for your suggestions and send best regards from all the staff

This hotel is located at the edge of the old town and everything is in reach on foot. During our stay there was a building site just opposite the hotel- a bit noisy in the morning. Very nice terrace.

It was good but probably not stay again
Hotel was nice and clean. Good location for city and easily walkable to everything. Bed was hard as a rock. Like sleep on stone, room was also extremely hot so it was hard to sleep. No coffee options in the room which is a bit disappointing. Gym was OK. It was functional but only two machines and treadmill. Breakfast was tasty and many options. Customer service was lacking though throughout the hotel, from the front desk to the staff around. Just didn’t seem so welcomed and felt like they were annoyed to do their job. The one women in the breakfast area was the sweetest but besides that I would say the customer service could be better.

Very friendly and luxury boutique hotel. Excellent location. Perfect feeling with private jacuzzi on the private terrace. Great breakfast. Highly recommended 💎
