The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM II with a queen-size bed and a dresser;

- BEDROOM III with a single bed and a desk;

- BEDROOM IV with a double bed, a single bed, a closet, and a dresser;

- BEDROOM V with a double bed and a single bed;

- BATHROOM I with two showers, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet;

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.

For check-ins between 9:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m., a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

15 EUR from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

20 EUR from 11:00 PM to 12:00

EUR 30 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for an additional fee

In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach some of the city’s main attractions, such as the lively Via Maqueda, Piazza Pretoria, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, and Piazza dei Quattro Canti. The historic Ballarò Market is 170 meters from the property.

The property is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL; please be mindful of the hours and access points). If you’re traveling by car, you can park at the Pagano parking garage at Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6 (less than 10 minutes from the property).
