The apartment is distributed on two levels.

At the lower level there is the dining room with a four seat dining table. There is the living room with TV and Radio and a double sofa bed. The living room has a balcony overlooking a silent inner courtyard. In a separate room there is a well equipped kitchen.

At the upstairs there is the independent double bedroom with a comfortable wardrobe. Still at the same level there is a room with a study corner and a small storage room. On this level there is still the bathroom with shower.

The apartment is centrally located . In the immediate vicinity " there are the theater "Massimo" and the theater "Politeama", both reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Not far from the apartment via "Ruggero Settimo , via "Stabile", via "Cavour" ideal destinations for shopping. A little further away the two oldest streets in Palermo, Via "Vittorio Emanuele" and via "Maqueda", rich in history and charm.
In proximity of the apartment: the city court, the "Villa Filippina"(Place for concerts and events), the church of "San Francesco di Paola", the ancient and characteristic market "Del Capo".
In the area a wide choice of restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, pubs, bars, ice cream parlors. Several supermarkets in the area, easily reachable on foot.
Nearby bus stop and taxi rank. Easy connection to the train station, the airport, the port, Mondello beach. In the summertime from the nearby "Piazza Politeama" with a frequency of 15 minutes, buses leave for Mondello (Line 806), travel time 25 minutes.
The apartment does not have a private garage, but for guests arriving by car there is the possibility of parking in a modern multy-storey car park (APCOA) located in "Vittorio Emanuele Orlando Square" about 350 yards from the apartment, reachable on foot in 5 minutes. The daily cost for the garage is €.9.
Alternativaly, you can parking in the street under the home in areas bordered by blue stripes. Payment with parking meter working only with coins. Tarif for 1 hour €.1, maximum daily cost €.10.

The apartment can accommodate up 4 people.
Rates vary depending on the season. Reduced rates for weekly and monthly stays. Included in the price the following:
Supply of bed linen (pillowcases and sheets), bathroom linen (complete sets of towels), water consumption, gas, electric energy, heating costs, air conditioning.
Final cleaning is included in the price.

The cost of the garage or parking are not included in the rental price.

Delivery of the keys by the owner not present on location.

Booking over 1 month are not accepted.
