Apartment located in a modern building in the historic center between Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emanuele. The area is full of restaurants and supermarkets.



The accommodation is located on the 4th floor. The elevator goes to the first floor, and then there are stairs to climb to reach the apartment. The entrance to the apartment leads to the living room, which has a double sofa bed. Continuing on, you reach the separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with a shower.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.



*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.
