Bright apartment located in the heart of Palermo, nearby the Conservatoire and a few steps away from Cala, the city’s oldest harbour.



The apartment, situated on the second floor of the building easily accessible with the lift, is finely decorated in a contemporary style and boasts wood flooring both in the living area and the bedroom, which makes the atmosphere cosier and more welcoming. Entering the flat, guests will find themselves in the living room characterised by vivid colours and equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a bookcase, filled with books and CDs available to our guests and that mirrors the artistic soul both of the property and the neighbourhood. As a matter of fact, the apartment is located nearby Palermo’s Conservatoire and they will most certainly be able to enjoy its music coming in through the windows. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a single bed and another spacious one provided with a queen-sized bed and a balcony. Finally, a kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare a delicious dinner and a functional bathroom with shower complete the property.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.



The main buses to move in the center of Palermo and also to reach the residential areas (line 101 for example), drive continuously along Via Roma. You can reach the central station both on foot and by bus, from where you can take the transfer to the airport (another bus stop is at Teatro Politeama, one kilometre from the apartment).
