The apartment, located on the second and last floor of a historic building equipped with an elevator, is characterized by a modern and neat style and an exposed-beam ceiling. Through a hallway shared with another apartment, the accommodation is accessible via a few steps. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with sofa, TV, dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. A few steps lead to the bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
