"Very clean. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen had lots of storage with plates, bowls, cutlery etc. The bathroom was very sanitised and also had a hair dryer and some small travel soaps. The outdoor area was beautiful with a pool and many sunbeds which makes it perfect for a family. The apartments were also cleaned regulary this included of, beds changed,new towels, and more. Overall i would highly reccomend this place."

"The appartement is nothing luxurious, is a renovated appartement in a very old building near the old center. A lot of noise because of neighbors and people passing with scooters. The things that bordered me was the fact that the toilet and shower were really badly cleaned. The things that i appreciate was the communication with the staff, that helped me with transportation information. "

"Quiet part of Moraitka and yet only 5 minutes walk to the beach. All the staff we met were very friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy and there was a large bottle of water already in the fridge when we arrived, which was very welcome! Arriving late at night meant it took a little while to find where to park (it's quite dark) but a quick call to the supplied telephone number fixed that! All in all a very lovely stay 😃"

"Great stay. Great communication. I had a garden facing studio without pool but you can use the pool of the neighbour hotel with nice sunbeds and great view. Friendly staff and very clean"

"We had a fantastic stay at Spileo House. Special mention to the brilliant Pauline who made us incredibly welcomed and was super helpful with recommendations of beaches and booking restaurants. Thank you Pauline. A car is recommended but not essential - shops are within walking distance but the journey back is uphill all the way. Will definitely be coming back as soon as we can. "

"Wonderful spacious apartment with everything you might need. Gorgeous view of the sea and a beautiful sunrise. We know that host Rodolfos would have been there for us but since everything was perfect we didnt need anything else"

"We loved the apartment and the condition was great. The only gripe would be noise from the locals in the morning and the occasional plane taking off over head. Otherwise, it was perfect!!!"

"It was delightful to be welcomed with a bowl of fruit and be provided with some coffee pods for the first mornings. The view over the ocean was beautiful and the location handy. Communication was very prompt. For example, one day we had no hot water and just needed to learn that the breaker switches needed to be turned back on. The beds were a wee bit hard as was the sofa for sleeping but otherwise the place was comfortable."

"Nossa chegada foi pessima. Fomos extremamente mal atendidos no check in. Nao recebemos qualquer informacao sobre o hotel ou sobre a pensao all inclusive. Chegamos 9 horas da noite e fomos informados se quiséssemos comer teriamos que correr porque o restaurant fecha as 9.30. Em todos os restaurantes os gerentes sao pessimos. Mal humorados e lhe respondem estressado a qualquer solicitação. A resposta é sempre a mesma. Procure a reception Nosso quarto tinha problema nos encanamentos que nao foi resolvido um dos banheiros transbordava. O servico de Bug para lhe levar montanha abaixo ou acima quase nao funciona. Solicitamos 6 vezes. Fomos atendidos 2. Se vc tem qualquer dificuldade de mobilidade este nao é o lugar. É uma pena que o servico ao cliente seja tao ruim porque o lugar é bonito. A comida é 5 de 10. Eles nao fazem esforço em melhorar porque o publico que frequenta o hotel nao liga. É um hotel barato entao nao espere muito. Fomos prometidos um carro cortesia para nossa estadia que nunca recebemos tambem."
