This charming French beach cottage is truly situated right on the Mediterranean Sea and offers everything for an unforgettable stay. From the living room and terrace, you can enjoy beautiful sea views, while your own private beach access is just a few steps from the sand.

The apartment has two bedrooms and is comfortably furnished throughout. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a comfortable bunk bed and additional storage space. If four adults are staying, the sofa bed in the living room can also be used.

Everything is ready for you upon arrival: the beds are freshly made, towels are provided, and kitchen and bathroom linen are included. This means you can simply unpack and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sandwich toaster, kettle and mini food processor. Detergents and other everyday essentials are also provided.

For longer stays, there is a large 10 kg washing machine as well as an outdoor rotary clothes dryer – especially convenient after a day at the beach.

The bright and airy interior offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day of sun, sea and sand. Free high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and fans are all provided. Private parking is available directly next to the house on the gated property, so you never have to worry about finding a parking space.

The apartment is located in Palavas-les-Flots, but far enough from the busy centre to enjoy peace and tranquillity. At the same time, everything you need is close by. A small supermarket is only 400 metres away, perfect for fresh bread and everyday groceries.
