This traditional stone house with a central round tower accommodates up to 8 guests in spacious, air-conditioned rooms. The circular living room with six marble columns is its most distinctive feature. From here, you’ll enjoy 360° views of the Bay of Roses, the Mediterranean, the Pyrenees, and the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Nature Reserve.



The house combines traditional architecture with modern amenities: a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, central heating, and air conditioning. The numerous sliding glass doors provide excellent natural ventilation in the summer.



The beautifully decorated outdoor terrace (an impressive big terrace 80 m2) invites you to dine next to the outdoor kitchen and the large infinity pool. The surrounding garden is filled with olive trees, aromatic Mediterranean scrub, and stone formations featuring dolmens. You can also use the outdoor shower after a day at the beach or hiking.



Palau-Saverdera has shops, bakeries, banks and two restaurants serving creative cuisine. The Cap de Creus Natural Park offers cliffs, coves and hiking trails; right behind the house, you can hike up to Sant Pere de Rodes. The beaches of Roses and Ampuriabrava and the coves of Cadaqués, Cala Montjoi and Cala Joncols are nearby.
