"Great location in Kaiserslautern. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. There is no elevator so 2nd floor is four flights up. It was good exercise for us but any one with back, knee or frail will want to think twice. Also like many European hotels, the shower is tiny. But staff is so helpful and had great communication. I would stay again."

"Property is connected to a cassino, so the hall smells of smoke. We had a hard time finding the hotel at first arrival and reception was temporarily on the second floor of the building, so it was a little weird to have to walk in and get the elevator. The room was OK but when we arrived the room roginally assigned to us was not yet clean, so they gave us another room that stragely had only manual keys, while all other rooms had digital locks.
