"Good location with wonderful view. We enjoyed sitting on the terasse. However the swimming pool was unhealthily cloudy and dirty, light fitting on the water was loose, it was scary. This was followed up by the rental company very fast but the water was still not much better. Kitchen utensils very old and lacking (no chopping board) for this villa price range. Shower was very hot and not possible to set to cold. The Rental company seems to have limited of what they can do and owner seem to not...

"The house itself was very nice. As some others have mentioned, the appliances could do with an upgrade, but that is a minor quibble. The pool and tennis court were really top notch and the location, after recovering from the steep climb from Llafranc village, was excellent. Beautiful views, lovely region, good food and great weather. What more could you ask? My only reason for reducing by one star was the constant requests for us to reduce the noise from our neighbor and from the maintenance guy...
