"We loved our stay at Emkay’s place. Nice and quiet with a great little wooded beach to access as well as hot tub to use. Emkay was friendly and easy to communicate with. "The house met all of our needs. When we arrived the smell was aromatic and clean. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen on in the cabinets but not a really big deal. We went to run the heat the first night and the airflow was terrible so I looked at the filter in the hall way ceiling return grill and it was completely plugged so I bought a new one and changed it for you. "The directions to the location were accurate. As we drove down the steep and narrow paved road toward the campsite, it was a little difficult to navigate in a wider car. "We had a great stay on the beach in Aptos. The property is in an amazing location-you walk right out the patio to the beach!The house is spacious, clean, comfy and has all you need for a great stay.The hosts were very responsive. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a new one delivered within a few hours. Our son liked that there were sand toys and Roku to watch TV. Would definitely stay again to make more great beach memories! "
