The terrace overlooking the pool is equipped with comfortable terrace furniture. The flat is located on a gated estate. In front of the estate there is a great deal of free parking.

Our apartment is for 2 adults. The living room has a sofa bed coffee table and table with 4 chairs. In the kitchen there is an induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The upstairs bedroom was equipped with a double bed, dresser. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a toilet. In late 2025, the apartment was refreshed with new windows, mosquito screens, terrace roofing, blinds and outdoor tiles — as well as new garden furniture.
