"It is a very unique property, with a beautifully furnished tent, and an outside walk to the separate kitchen and bathroom facility. No water in the tent itself. Many deer, wild turkeys and other wildlife add to the charm, and the.view of the Mission Mountains must be magnificent on a clear day. Unfortunately, the weather on our three-day stay was cold, foggy, and a constant downpour of heavy rain. We never saw the mountains, the sky, or the stars."

However, no wifi in the room, had to go into parking lot or restaurant and no phone service Behind the motel are train tracks so between the road noise in front (70 mph speed limit & plenty of trucks) and train noise at night, it was not a quiet location.
