"Our cabin worked really well for our family of 5 adults for an interstate family birthday. Walking distance to family, the beach, lagoon and local shops and clubs. Water views. We didn’t use many of the cabin facilities as we spent most of our time elsewhere with family, but our grandkids loved the playground. Had a minor hitch with the coded boom gate but sorted very quickly by helpful staff, both in reception and with the after hours emergency contact. Park is neat, tidy, quiet and well...

"Decent stay but room for improvement. We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, and overall, it was an average experience with a few areas that could be improved. The accommodation was generally clean, but we felt the rooms could have been maintained to a higher standard. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds had no cooling system, which made it very uncomfortable for our kids to sleep at night due to the heat. "The booking in process was simple and well organised and directions to our cabin were clearly marked on a map handed to us on check in. Our cabin was directly opposite the pool which was fantastic. The cabin was clean and functional with all the appliance working. I couldn't complain about anything except maybe the floor being a bit cleaner and the dishwashing liquid had run out. Anything we wanted was quickly rectified with a smile by reception staff. When we asked if we could check out later...
