"The design was very much in theme with it's location. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Staff extremely helpful, and friendly. Loved it!!!"

"Not a good experience, hotel in general very Old and poor maintained. Our toilet sink coud not be used at all, we had to use the shower even to brush teeth. We requested to be fixed but no Action was taken, very disapointing!"

Custo benefício do hotel é excelente . "

"Beautiful property, great amenities, and very short walk to the beach. It was also close enough to central Biarritz. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, but much smaller than expected. Would definitely stay again."

"Hotel maravilhoso! O atendimento é espetacular!"

"Great location near the beach and a solid breakfast"

"Hospedagem agradável. Localização ótima!"

"The hotel is excellent and great location. It really punches above it's weight and it is much more on par with 4 star establishments. The staff are always super nice and helpful, rooms are great and clean, the air con is probably the best I've experienced in any European hotel and they offer loads of great added extras to guests that make you feel very well looked after. The location is great for being very close to the main beaches. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Biarritz. Special thanks...

"Perfect location: hotel is located in the downtown. about 5 minutes walking to Plage du Port Vieux, or La Grander Plage, or to the Halles de Biarritz market. Excellent service and wonderful staff. The hotel has been recently renovated and offers everything needed for an extended stay."
