The home is centrally located in Fairport Harbor, so it just minutes away from the beach, shopping, dining, and the marina. The local wineries & distilleries are only 30 minutes east.

The Space:
· On the 1st floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a full bath with shower.
· On the 2nd floor you will find a full bathroom with tub, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and the master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and master
· On the 3rd floor you will find the second living room space and the 4th bedroom with two twin beds.
·You also have a 3-season front porch & an open back porch overlooking the back yard to enjoy the outdoors.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire home except the basement.

Getting Around:
Parking and getting around town is easy. There is street parking available for our property on 5th St or Vine St. The beach, restaurants, and shops are a few minute drive from the property.
