"A very nice condo- clean, comfortable, well- equipped. And the owner was very easy to communicate with. Also, nice pool and grounds and great location across from the beach."

"Check-in was easy and across the street from the beach, which made for a great view. The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Aside from some construction going on almost every morning on the condo comlex, my family and I enjoyed our vacation and our stay at the condo. We would stay here again!"

"Great place to stay! Our family of a 1 year old and 6 adults stayed at this Condo in Kihei for 5 days. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed- from beach gear to baby accommodations (high chair and pack n play). The beach is within walking distance. The parking stalls were compact size and a little tight for the suv we had but other than that everything met our expectations. Communication with Rebecca (the owner) was great, she responded as soon as she could. Overall it was...

"Joes condo was perfect in every way. On a quiet beach with beautiful sand and sunsets! The condo had everything we wanted and was in the middle of everything we wanted to do on the island. The kitchen and everything he supplies while we were here is perfect. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear and umbrella was provided to make our stay the best on the island. Thank you Joe for everything and we will be back! "

"Our stay (albeit impacted by fires) was great. The time leading up to the evacuation was wonderful and centrally located. The place was well equipped and the place was clean. The ground floor access was exactly what we wanted that overlooked the pool. Communication with Dan was and he was helpful leading up and post evacuation. Really hope the property is not damaged and highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It really felt like home for us. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked pay-it-forward items, AC was super cold, beds were so comfy, lots of extra pillows, bedding and towels. My boys even got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. We really appreciated Kevin as our host as he was very quick and open with communication. I’ll definitely book again when we visit."

"Enjoyed the spacious, comfortable, conveniently located unit for a week. Hawaii themed living room, ground floor location, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with king bed. The lanai was sizable with a table and chairs, and connected directly to the grounds. The central location makes access to the rest of the island convenient."
