"We were on a family leisure trip. The hotel location had scenic views. The property looks pretty on the whole. However, the service was below average. Except for a couple of House keeping staff and Aamir from the restaurant, the overall service attitude was elusive. But this was made up for by Aamir and some other staff. Also one would expect a much better quality of linens, toiletries and bathrooms for the price that the hotel charges. The Front desk and guest relations staff certainly needs...

"Spectacular views - we woke up to a snow covered view of the valley and mountains. We were in a room facing the main road and the valley. Good location, right off the Pahalgam main road and a minute's walk from the market. The pony rides start right next to the hotel. Very hospitable staff and our stay included breakfast and dinner. Very good for the price. Only thing was not having running water in the winter (the plumbing doesn't support the sub zero temperatures). The staff provided buckets...
