Pets: We welcome pets! A small pet fee of $30 applies. Please clean up after your pets following their outdoor activities. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Thank you for supervising your furry friends and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges.
Parking: A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. One mid-size vehicle can be parked in the garage, and a second vehicle can be parked on the designated pad behind the garage. No additional parking is available. Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
