• Some units include counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under kitchen sink, no lip greater than 1/4 inch on slider door to access patio from other side, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, raised toilet (higher than typical units) and front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole.
• Some units include visual doorbells, visual fire alarm, visual phone alert and closed captioned TV.
Renovation Notice – Dates Subject To Change
• The resort will undergo a lakeshore erosion project beginning on August 1, 2020 and lasting about 60 days. There will be heavy construction that may impact stays at the Village Point, Teal Landing and Eagle's Loft associations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your patience while we conduct this necessary improvement to the property.
• The resort will undergo a major renovations project affecting multiple area across the resort from May 9- Nov. 24, 2020. Renovations will cover roofing, unit renovations, lake shore erosion correction and a lobby renovation. Additionally, some views may be obstructed.
