There is a Private Bath in the Master Bedroom downstairs. A Jack & Jill bath upstairs is shared by the second bedroom and a beautiful loft bedroom. The cabin is close to Lakes, Trails, Golf, Shopping, & Restaurants. There is easy access all year in a quiet, beautiful area with tall pines, two blocks from Lake Pagosa.

The Downtown Hot Springs are 5 minutes away. Wolf Creek is 30 minutes away. Durango is 60 minutes away. The National Forest is less than a mile up the road.

You can swing on the front porch, enjoy the view from the rear balcony, or fire up the grill in a privacy-fenced back yard with deck. During the evening you can relax on the Sierra Lodge Furniture and enjoy the warmth and glow of the gas fireplace.

DVD's, Roku Guest TV, & High Speed Wi-Fi are provided. A 50' 4K television screen provides extreme clarity and detail for movie watching. The carport keeps snow, ice, & rain off your vehicle! And Electronic door locks mean you will have your own private code and you don't have to worry about keeping up with, misplacing, or losing a key.

Besides food and clothing, we have just about everything you need. Showing up at this vacation rental is sort of like coming home! New vinyl windows hold in the warmth and keep out the cold!

An indoor portable swamp cooler adds moisture and provides cold air during the dry summer months. Five ceiling fans (2 in the living room and 1 in each of the three bedrooms) keep you comfortable throughout the year.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Trash receptacle was locked so we couldn’t put it out on Wednesday. The book of information was outdated… I tried to contact property manager but was told she didn’t work there anymore and that cabin wasn’t on then property management list.

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to our friend’s home. I have to say that the bed in the downstairs bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Enjoyed it!

The best location in Pagosa Springs

What a charming property in a great location!! We never wanted to leave. It has everything you'd need for a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and located just a short walk to the lake. It is also a short drive to downtown, or the hot springs, or Pagosa Brewing (which I highly recommend for tasty food and great beer!). Our favorite place to hang out was the balcony off the second floor. We could sit there all day and watch the antics of the Magpies or just take in the fresh air. With three outdoor spaces to choose from, it's hard not to spend time outside. We didn't sit on the lower back patio much, as the patio furniture was often wet in the morning due to the weather, but it is a nice space and a bonus that it's fenced in. With three rooms (one is located in the open loft space) there is plenty of space for a family. Lots of linens provided and the kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. The wifi is solid- we brought our Fire TV stick along with us for streaming movies at night and they streamed seamlessly. The property is definitely decorated with love and kind of has a 'museum feel' to it with all the antique items on the walls and around the house. Fascinating to see some of the old items like the sleds and the fishing gear. Two recommendations I'd make to the property owners/managers - Luggage racks would be a nice add, as there really wasn't a place for us to put our luggage so it had to go on the floor. Also, there is a lot of furniture in the house, but some of the bedroom pieces are not functional for travelers to use, so perhaps removing some of the items on the dresser tops would allow for a little more space for travelers to put their things. Fall is our favorite time of year and if you like to leaf peep, early to mid October is the ideal time for this in Pagosa Springs. During our stay, we really were able to embrace the full Fall experience and a short drive to the San Juan River Walk or Treasure Falls allowed for many opportunities to see the beautiful changing leaves. We really enjoyed our time at 1 Little Rabbit and would definitely stay again when visiting Pagosa Springs!

Wonder Week at 1 Little Rabbit Cabin

Excellent location-close to golf course and ot too far from The Springs. A nice lake is also nearby so we jogged and rode bikes around it and enjoyed the beautiful scenery, especially at sunset. It was nice to have 2 adult bikes provided by the cabin. Some restaurants and grocery store nearby. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute at the cabin. It is decorated so cute and has a nice enclosed backyard with deck , nice lounge chairs & table, picnic table, & grill. We slept in the bedroom downstairs. The bed is cozy & comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has a patio with table and chairs. We enjoyed having coffee out there in the mornings and watching the hummingbirds. The cabin is well stocked , very clean, and everything is in good working order.

Great Family Escape!

Our family of 5 stayed at The Little Rabbit for my son's "senior trip" February 20-26, 2021. Our trip included skiing 3 days at Wolf Creek, hiking to see frozen Treasure Falls, lots of cards and board games, home-cooked meals and wonderful rest! Our favorite things about The Little Rabbit are its open floor plan, well-appointed and equipped kitchen, and its non-sterile (read: homey) feel. Located in a residential neighborhood, Little Rabbit is a quiet, peaceful place. The managers of this property have thought of all the little things that you might need or desire to make a stay comfortable and hassle-free, like having a new, packaged sponge at the sink and a full rack of cooking spices in the kitchen, plenty of hooks for coats and towels, and nice ceiling fans in every sleeping space and the loving room. The full bookcase of books in he master bath makes me want to come back and stay long enough to read some of them!

Quick Family Getaway

Our family (including 2 teenage girls) wanted a little getaway from the texas heat! This was our first trip to CO and it was a great experience! Pagosa Springs had plenty to do and explore for the 3 days we were there, although many of the souvenir shops were unfortunately closed while we were here (not sure if that was seasonal or due to COVID). We absolutely loved our cabin! It was comfy and cozy and had every amenity we could possibly need! The place was immaculate!

Trip to Crested Butte

We were very comfortable with the location and the home itself. It was located in a great neighborhood and was just the way it was portrayed on the site. Very clean and with all the amenities we needed. We slept well and were glad to have the house to "come home" to!

Snowmobile trip

Had 3 small problems and called property manager. She took care of them. The notebook with instructions on how to use tv, washing machine, etc was very helpful. I would add more about the stove. We expected the logs to light immediately when thermostat was turned up. Found out last day that the room has to be cooler than thermostat setting for logs to light and there is a short wait before logs do light. Was impressed with platform the washer and dryer are on...raised them so there was no bending to transfer wash to dryer. We left early each day and were not back until after dark, and appreciated the motion light! All in all a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

A Perfect 10-weeks in the Cool Mountain Air

For the 4th year, we have spent the summer in Pagosa Springs, escaping the Texas summer heat. And Li'l Rabbit was a wonderful place. It's a cozy yet rooms cabin in a friendly neighborhood that was just plain comfortable. We divided our outdoor time between the fenced compound in the back yard ... and the front porch where birds responded ravenously to the seed we put in the feeder. The inside of the cabin, especially the kitchen, is fully stocked, including many grocery staples. A large collection of DVDs and paperback books added to our enjoyment. You can even watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen TV ... if you have your own Netflix account. Each room or wall is decorated in a unique style: fishing / skating & sledding / antique saws. Unique custom wood tables add a nice touch. The location is perfect ... close to Lake Pagosa / the golf course / our local church / shopping and restaurants ... everything was a short drive away. And best of all, we'll be back for another 10 weeks next summer ... having returned to the high-90s Texas heat, we can't wait.

Beyond amazing!

We could not have asked for a more comfortable home to stay in. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was a dream! Would definitely recommend it to anyone & we will be back!
