"Tudo ótimo Voltaria me hospedar aqui"

"Nice Hotel with nearby restaurants and activities. Friendly staffs and clean amenities. Only issue is that the thermostat controller for the gym is not in the room, hence there's no air conditioning even during the gym opening hours unless there's a staff member nearby to turn it on for you."

"Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!"

"Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. I also appreciated its low cost and convenient location. Very walkable and the nearby museum was awesome!"

"We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. They Even provided a discount for an extra Night because the prívate car did not show up to pick us Up to go back to Ha Noi. Perfect and I recommend very strongly."

"We payed for a night in the bay, but a monsoon cancelled the overnight stay and the 2nd day on the boat. We were moved a hotel in Halong instead but this took several hours, once the Atheana manager turned up things improved but wasn't the 1st class experience we had paid for. I cant recommend it."

"Excelente hotel, ficamos satisfeitos "

"Passeio maravilhoso pelo local incrível no Vietnã "

"Room was clean and nice plus very affordable. Located in the city center."

"I chose this cruise because it came highly recommended; however, I find it very expensive relative to the service received—an old ship, average food, and drinks that come at a high additional cost"

"Tàu sạch ,an toàn , nhân viên thân thiện . Giá phù hợp với dịch vụ trên tàu "

"Clean room, helpful staff and family friendly facilities"

"Một nơi rất đáng để lưu trú khi đến Hạ Long, vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện đi lại nhưng khi về đến homestay lại rất yên bình, nhẹ nhàng. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thiết kế đẹp, mùi thơm rất dễ chịu. Bạn chủ và chị nhân viên rất chu đáo, nhiệt tình. "

"A localização é excelente!O atendimento na recepção também foi muito bom, embora as funcionárias tenham dificuldade com o inglês."
