The detached mobile home is modern and functional. The property is located in a holiday complex. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and the sunny location by the water. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facility, terrace and garden furniture. Barbecuing with charcoal and electric grills is prohibited. A gas barbecue can be rented at reception for a deposit of €50.00 and a fee of €15.00. A baby set can be requested for a fee of €28.00 per week; this includes a cot and a high chair, each for children under 3 years of age. +++ Please note that this accommodation should only be booked if you are bringing a pet. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your mobilehome can be heated with central heating. The use of air conditioning and heating is only included for a maximum of 8 hours per day. Any further use must be paid for additionally on site. The entrance leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and There is also a clothesline and a dog basket with water and food bowls on the terrace. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the 18 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 5 chairs. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with electric cooker, exhaust hood, refrigerator and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

Im Kinderspielzimmer ist ein Bällebad und eine Mini-Kletterwand vorhanden. Das Bällebad ist während der Animationszeit geöffnet. Auch die Kreditkarten "Carta Si" und "Maestro/EC" werden akzeptiert.

Padenghe sul Garda. The mobile home is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The public beach with direct pedestrian access is easily reached from Camping della Colombaia.

The campsite has a private jetty, accessible from the beach, as well as a slipway for launching and retrieving boats and dinghies.

Via the pedestrian path that runs along the beach, you can reach the harbour of Moniga del Garda, the lido of Padenghe sul Garda and Desenzano del Garda. Access is via a minor road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children’s pool. Swimming caps are mandatory. There are two outdoor pools, one unheated and one heated. The unheated outdoor pool has a depth of 1.35m to 1.80m. The heated outdoor pool is accessible to persons aged 16 and over and is open approximately from mid-April to mid-October. The water is heated only in spring and autumn. The unheated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone and is open approximately from mid-May to mid-September. During the period when the unheated outdoor pool is closed, the heated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone. Sun loungers and parasols are available in the pool area. In the pool area you will find not only a pool kiosk, but also slides, water cannons, splash and activity fountains.
