"We loved this property. The owners obviously have an eye for decor as it is a really stylish place and beautifully finished. We loved how peaceful the property was and the owners had thought of everything . We really appreciated the tea, coffee and milk after a 5 hour drive and the muffins, biscuits and crisps were a lovely touch. All the information you needed was in a folder and we visited lots of the places recommenced in it. It’s a fantastic property and we hope to stay there again."

"Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day."

"There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the receptionist had booked guests in a million times and was very efficient. The young waitress who served me was originally from Kent and l recognised her accent from coming from where l used to live. My room 101 was a nice location, full view of the Scotch Corner roundabout and could see the snow and when it was clear so l could get on my way to continue my journey to Scotland. "This was our 2nd stay. Staff friendly room was great. Rooms nice and warm on a cold December night looking out over market square. Staff great so honest I lost my ring and it was found in the room. I was so grateful the ring was so sentimental to me. I emailed the owner Jon and he replied straight away. I will definitely stay here again."
