"The hotel needs a deep cleaning and renovation. A/C worked and we had hot water in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was not well mantained/organized."

Sy Jerantut Hotel
"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 ..."
